My family loves this Dhania Bhaji Recipe. Dhania Bhaji is a very popular Indian snack. It is mostely used in the breakfast or evening snack.Dhania Bhaji goes well with tea, but it can also be eaten with coffee. It is a good option for holiday cooking. You must try this Dhania Bhaji Recipe.
  Finely chopped cilantro 2 Bunch (200 gm)
  Gram flour 5 Tablespoon
  Rice flour 2 Teaspoon
  Red chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Green chili 5 , finely chopped
  Sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Or As Required For Batter)
  Cooking oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Frying)

1. Mix all the ingredients except oil and water. Add water as required so that the batter is not too thick.

2. Heat Oil in a frying pan. Take small portions (1 tbsp) and deep fry in oil till light brown. You can fry a bunch of them together.

3. Strain oil, and serve with tomato ketchup.
