|Finely chopped cilantro||2 Bunch (200 gm)|
|Gram flour||5 Tablespoon|
|Rice flour||2 Teaspoon|
|Red chili powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Green chili||5 , finely chopped|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Or As Required For Batter)|
|Cooking oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Frying)|
1. Mix all the ingredients except oil and water. Add water as required so that the batter is not too thick.
2. Heat Oil in a frying pan. Take small portions (1 tbsp) and deep fry in oil till light brown. You can fry a bunch of them together.
3. Strain oil, and serve with tomato ketchup.
