  Coconut 2 1⁄2 Pound, shredded
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon rind 1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated
  Tomatoes 2 1⁄2 Pound, cut fine
  Onions 2 , cut fine
  Nutmeg 1 Pinch
Directions

Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Serve with rice dishes.
