|Unsweetened apple juice||150 Milliliter (5 Fluid Ounce)|
|Eating apples||2 , cored and coarsely chopped|
|Rolled oats||250 Gram (9 Ounce)|
|Flaked almonds||25 Gram|
|Milk/Yoghurt / soya milk||1 Tablespoon (For Serving)|
Soak the raisins in the apple juice for 20 minutes.
Put the chopped apples into a bowl, add the raisins and apple juice and toss to combine them.
Stir in the oats and honey.
Add the almonds and stir well to mix everything together.
Serve at once with milk, yoghurt or soya milk.
Double the amount of the apple juice; soak the raisins and oats overnight.
Add the other ingredients in the morning.
