Bhappa Doi (Steamed sweet yogurt)

Ingredients
  Condensed milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped nuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (For Garnish, Almonds And Pistachios)
Directions

Combine everything except nuts in a big bowl and whisk well till smooth.
pour the mixture in large bowl , cover it and steam for 20-25 min.
After steaming remove the bowl out. Uncover and let cool at room temperature.
garnish with nuts and refrigerate till ready to serve.
Tastes good when served cold

( tip: you can also steam it in individual serving bowls )

I love this recipe sima... i have never tried steaming doi before... the picture looks like u have inverted the bowl on the plate. the texture though looks grainy but there is no rice in the ingredient list... or is it because it was frozen??

Thanks for the comments veg foodie. yes i inverted the bowl on the plate , it didn't come out clean and thats the reason why it looks grainy. No i didn't add rice flour neither was it frozen
