It's Healthy and Delicious dish made from mutton.
Ingredients
  Lamb/Goat meat 1 Pound
  Spinach 8 Ounce
  Chopped onion 2
  Chopped tomato 1
  Ginger 1 Inch
  Cilantro 10
  Green chili 5
  Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Fenugreek seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Red chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ghee 4 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Clean and wash mutton. Wash thoroughly spinach and chop finely.

2. Grind all ingredients from ginger to salt to fine paste with little water.

3. Heat ghee. Fry onion for 3 minutes and add the masala paste and fry for four minutes.

4. Add mutton pieces and continue cooking till ghee starts to separate.

5. Add spinach, tomato and sugar and little water and continue cooking till done.
