Kare mirch ki murgi is a cooked indian preparation of chicken. Cooked in a saucepan with cardamom powder, ginger along with tomato puree, the chicken is seasoned with black pepper and served best with rice garnished with chopped coriander.
  Chicken 800 Gram, cut into pieces
  Oil 40 Milliliter
  Ground black pepper 30 Gram
  Cardamom powder 5 Gram
  Fresh tomato puree 250 Gram
  Ginger 5 Gram
  Fresh coriander 30 Gram
  Salt To Taste

Wash and clean the chicken.
Heat oil in a saucepan; add chicken along with the spices.
When slightly brown, add the tomato puree.
Cover and cook on low heat for about 20 minutes or till chicken is tender.
Garnish with thin strips of ginger and coriander.
