Indian Three-Nut Muffins
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted (1/2 stick)|
|All purpose flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Pistachio nuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), lightly toasted|
|Chopped almonds/Walnuts||2 Tablespoon, lightly toasted|
|Sunflower seeds||3 Tablespoon|
|Baking powder||1 Tablespoon|
Beat egg together with milk and margarine.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Spoon into greased muffin cups and bake until golden brown.
These flavorful muffins are delicious for tea or dessert.
Bake at 375 degrees 20 to 25 minutes
