Indian Three-Nut Muffins

The Indian Three-Nut Muffins is a yummy treat!. This is a surprise treat that I often prepare at home. Try the Indian Three-Nut Muffins at your place too, I am sure you will like it!
Ingredients
  Egg 1
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted (1/2 stick)
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pistachio nuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), lightly toasted
  Chopped almonds/Walnuts 2 Tablespoon, lightly toasted
  Sunflower seeds 3 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Beat egg together with milk and margarine.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Spoon into greased muffin cups and bake until golden brown.
These flavorful muffins are delicious for tea or dessert.
Bake at 375 degrees 20 to 25 minutes
