Ingredients
  Potato 1 Large, cut into 1 inch long strips
  Onion 1 Medium, finley chopped
  Red chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cooking oil 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. Heat Oil. Mix everything together and fry in medium heat for 20 min, or till the potato is properly cooked.

2. Goes very well with puri.
