|Potato||1 Large, cut into 1 inch long strips|
|Onion||1 Medium, finley chopped|
|Red chili powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Turmeric powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Cooking oil||3 Tablespoon|
1. Heat Oil. Mix everything together and fry in medium heat for 20 min, or till the potato is properly cooked.
2. Goes very well with puri.
