|Ground coriander||1 Teaspoon|
|Curry powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground ginger||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Finely chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ketchup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cauliflower florets||8 Cup (128 tbs)|
Combine first 4 ingredients in a microwave-safe dish, and microwave at HIGH 30 seconds.
Stir in onion and ketchup, and microwave at HIGH 1 minute.
Place cauliflower in a 2 quart casserole coated with cooking spray.
Spoon onion mixture over cauliflower; toss to coat.
Cover and microwave at HIGH 9 minutes, rotating dish a half-turn after 4 minutes.
