Ingredients
  Flour 250 Gram
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Ghee   (deep frying)
  Cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Potatoes 250 Gram
Directions

MAKING
1 In a pan, boil the potatoes.
2 Carefully peel them and mash to a smooth paste.
3 In a bowl, combine flour, cream, mashed potatoes and a little salt thoroughly.
4 Sprinkle a little milk and knead into a smooth and fairly stiff dough.
5 Divide into even small balls and roll out into thick puris.
6 In a heavy frying pan, heat enough ghee and heat.
7 When the ghee I hot enough, lower the heat and add in the rolled out puris.
8 Fry the puris golden brown on both sides.

SERVING
9 Serve hot with your favorite sabzi.
