Orange Khoya Slices
|Orange peel||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped|
|Ghee||4 Teaspoon, melted|
|Orange essence||2 Drop|
1 Chop the peels finely.
2 In a heavy pan, put the khoya, peel, milk and ghee.
3 Cook, stirring until dry.
4 Add in the sugar and orange colour and stir for two minutes.
5 Remove from the heat, add in orange essence and mix well.
6 Allow to cool and form into a slab using your hands.
7 Place in the refrigerator and chill.
8 Cut into thin slices and serve.
