Dahi Wale Aloo

Ingredients
  Potatoes 1⁄2 Kilogram (Medium)
  Cumin powder 1 Teaspoon
  Coriander leaves 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Spices 2 Teaspoon
  Ghee 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Curd 250 Gram
  Turmeric 1 Teaspoon
  Green chilies 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Red chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1 In a pan, heat the ghee.
2 Add in the peeled whole potatoes and deep fry on low heat until light brown.
3 Using a slotted spoon, remove from the ghee.
4 In the same pan, heat about ½ cup ghee.
5 Add in cumin seeds powder, , turmeric, red chilli powder and curd, cook, stirring until light brown.
6 Add in the fried potatoes, salt , 1 ½ cup – 2 cups water and cook on low heat until the potatoes are tender.
7 Add in the chopped coriander, green chillies and spices.

SERVING
8 Serve hot.
