Tomatoes And Okra

Ingredients
  Diced onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bacon drippings 2 Tablespoon
  Sliced okra 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Chopped tomatoes 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), peeled
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Curry powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped green pepper 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Saute onion in bacon drippings in a Dutch oven until tender.
Add okra, and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add remaining ingredients, stirring well.
Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until okra is tender.
