  Bread slice 1
  Minced mutton 250 Gram
  Onion 1 Small
  Salt To Taste
  Finely chopped coriander 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Kasuri methi 1 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Corn flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Refined oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)
  Cream 125 Milliliter

1 Grind the bread slice to crumbs. Grind the minced meat well. Add the onion, ginger, green chilli, salt, coriander leaves, kasoori methi powder and mix, kneading well. You may also blend very firefly in the mixie.
2 Add the breadcrumbs and egg; knead well again. Divide the mixture into 8-10 parts. Shape into tikias and coat with the cornflour. Shake off excess.
3 Shallow fry both the sides till lightly coloured about 5 minutes. Remove. You'll have to do this in two batches.
4 Put in an ovenproof dish. Pour the cream on top. Sprinkle a little chilli powder and the Kasuri methi.
5 Bake in preheated 350°F/ 180°C oven for 20 minutes or till a crust is formed.
6 Serve hot with a salad.
