Paneer Makhana

Ingredients
  Cottage cheese 250 Gram, cut into small cubes
  Makhana 100 Gram (Lotus Seeds)
  Khoya 100 Gram
  Tomatoes 3 Large, chopped
  Garlic 5 Clove (25 gm), chopped
  Onions 2 Medium, chopped
  Green chilies 3 , chopped
  Curd 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ginger 1 Inch, chopped
  Turmeric powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coriander powder 2 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garam masala 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coriander leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ghee 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1 In a pan, heat the ghee.
2 Add in the paneer and fry till brown.
3 In a separate pan, heat ghee and lightly fry the makhanas .
4 In a skillet, roast khoya for 5 mts.
5 In the same skillet, heat the ghee and fry Onion, Garlic, Ginger and Green chillies for 3 minutes.
6 Stir in the chilli, coriander and turmeric powder.
7 Cook for about 3 minutes and add in tomatoes along with the beaten curd.
8 Cook for a few minutes and add in the paneer, makhanas, khoya and salt.
9 Cook for about 3 minutes..
10 Add in the garam masala.

SERVING
11 Sprinkle with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
