Bhindi In Curd
|Ladyfingers||250 Gram, cut into halves|
|Turmeric powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Ginger||1 , chopped|
|Grated coconut||3 Teaspoon|
|Thick curd||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Coriander leaves||1 Bunch (100 gm)|
|Oil/Ghee||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)|
1 In a pan, heat the oil or ghee.
2 Add in the lady fingers and fry gently.
3 Stir in the rest of the ingredients except the curd.
4 In a bowl, beat the curd well.
5 Stir into the pan, stirring gently.
6 Season with salt.
7 Cook until it reaches the boiling point.
8 Simmer gently for a while.
9 Serve hot with chapatis
