Bhindi In Curd

Ingredients
  Ladyfingers 250 Gram, cut into halves
  Chili 1 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
  Asafoetida 1 Pinch
  Ginger 1 , chopped
  Grated coconut 3 Teaspoon
  Thick curd 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Coriander leaves 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Oil/Ghee 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)
Directions

MAKING
1 In a pan, heat the oil or ghee.
2 Add in the lady fingers and fry gently.
3 Stir in the rest of the ingredients except the curd.
4 In a bowl, beat the curd well.
5 Stir into the pan, stirring gently.
6 Season with salt.
7 Cook until it reaches the boiling point.
8 Simmer gently for a while.

SERVING
9 Serve hot with chapatis
