This Bharwa aloo tikki recipe is your answer to an anytime comfort food. Really easy to make and delicious, you can now make this popular street food right in your kitchen, for your guests during parties or festivals. Do let me know how it turned out for you.
Ingredients
  Potatoes 750 Gram
  Green peas 200 Gram
  Garlic 35 Gram
  Chili 35 Gram
  Ginger 35 Gram
  Cumin 10 Gram
  Chat masala 60 Gram
  Kashmiri chili 20 Gram
  Vegetable oil 150 Milliliter
  Salt 50 Gram
  Coriander 30 Gram
  Coriander 50 Gram (Stem)
Directions

1. Mash potatoes, and add all the ingredients except
the oil,
2. Shape into discs and stuff with seasoned green peas
3. Shallow fry till golden brown on both sides
4. Serve hot garnished with whole coriander stem

You can even stuff sprouted dals like mung... and because diwali is nearing i tasted one that had cashews,and raisins stuffed in the center.. that was awesome too

I think you can break the tikkis and place them in spicy, sweet and sour yoghurt or you can even roll these tikkis in parantha/tortilla smothered with tomato sauce :)
