  Torai 200 Gram
  Tomato 200 Gram
  Coriander 50 Gram
  Lady finger 100 Gram
  Parval 100 Gram
  Peas 100 Gram
  Potato 100 Gram
  Cauliflower 100 Gram
  Banana 2
  Turmeric 50 Gram
  Chili 50 Gram
  Cumin 50 Gram
  Vegetable oil 100 Gram
  Salt 50 Gram
  Garam masala powder 5 Gram
  Tomato puree 100 Gram

1. Heat vegetable oil and add all the cut vegetables,
and cook them for 05 minutes
2. When half done add all the masalas and cook for 10
more minutes,
3. Add tomato puree, simmer for 5 more minutes, take
off fire, and serve with chopped coriander leaf
