1 In a pan, boil the milk.
2 Meanwhile, wash the sago well and drain.
3 Add in to the boiling milk, stirring constantly.
4 Cook over low heat.
5 In a bowl, dissolve the sugar in one cup of water.
6 When the milk begins to thicken, gradually stir in the sugar mixture.
7 Add in the sliced cashew nuts and soaked raisins.
8 Allow to cool.
