Recipe a combination of Paalak and Paneer
Ingredients
  Spinach 2 Kilogram
  Paneer 400 Gram
  Garlic 50 Gram
  Ginger 50 Gram
  Gram flour 150 Gram
  Vegetable oil 200 Gram
  Chili powder 25 Gram
  Cumin powder 25 Gram
  Cream 100 Gram
  Salt 50 Gram
  Coriander 15 Gram
Directions

1. Boil and puree spinach
2. Heat the vegetable oil, add ginger, garlic,
masalas and gram flour and cook for sometime till
the oil leaves the sides of the pan
3. Add spinach paneer and salt and adjust consistency
4. Serve hot garnished with chopped coriander
