Spinach With Rice

Ingredients
  Frozen chopped spinach 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Thaw the spinach and squeeze out excess water.
Place in a pan with the heated butter and saute for five minutes.
Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
In a large pan brown the meat and onion in the butter.
Stir in the salt and pepper.
Lightly grease a pyrex dish and spread the cooked rice over the bottom.
Cover with the spinach.
Top with the beef.
Bake at 350 degrees for about fifteen to twenty minutes or until heated through.
