Palak ka Raita
|Cumin seeds||2 Teaspoon|
|Red chillies||1 Teaspoon|
1 Thoroughly clean the spinach under running water.
2 In a pan, boil the spinach in enough water until tender.
3 In a blender jar, add the spinach and process until smooth.
4 In a bowl, beat the curd well.
5 Add in the spinach along with the other ingredients, mixing well.
6 Serve at once or chill in the refrigerator before serving.
