Ingredients
  Cumin seed 50 Gram
  Peppercorns 50 Gram
  Black salt 50 Gram
  Dry mint 30 Gram
  Fenugreek leaves 2 Tablespoon
  Green cardamoms 30
  Cloves 15
  Ajwain seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Asofoetida 1 Teaspoon
  Tartaric 1 Teaspoon
  Mace powder 1 1⁄2 Pinch
  Amchur 125 Gram
  Dry ginger powder 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1 Put all the ingredients in a blender and grind to a fine powder. Sieve and grind the residue again, if needed. Store in a dry airtight container. Keeps well indefinitely.
