Ingredients
  Cottage cheese 500 Gram
  Oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Frying)
  Fenugreek leaves 2 Bunch (200 gm)
  Turmeric powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Asafoetida 4 Drop
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1 Cut the fenugreek leaves finely and wash them thoroughly.
2 In a pan, add the cut leaves along with water and bring to a boil
3 Gently squeeze the leaves, this will remove the bitterness.
4 In a blender jar, put the boiled leaves and process to puree.
5 Cut the cottage cheese into cubes.
6 In a pan, heat oil and deep fry the cottage cheese cubes till golden brown in colour.
7 Keep aside.
8 In a large pan, add 1 tablespoon of oil.
9 Add in the pureed fenugreek and fry well.
10 Add in the cheese pieces along with all the spices.
11 Pour in 1 cup water and gently simmer for 10-15 minutes.

SERVING
12 Garnish with the silver paper (verk) and serve.
