Palak Ki Sabzi
|Whole red chilies||4|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Tikka masala||1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed|
1 Clean and wash the spinach well.
2 Set aside.
3 In a pan, heat the oil.
4 Add in the asafoetida, salt, whole red chillies and water.
5 Cover, and allow to cook until the oil stops spattering.
6 Remove the cover and bring to a boil.
7 Add in the spinach along with sugar and stir well.
8 Cook on high heat for 15 minutes.
9 Add in the tikki masala and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring continuously.
10 Serve hot along with steaming rice
