|Green cardamoms||25 Gram (1 1/2 Tablespoon)|
|Cloves||25 Gram (1 1/2 Tablespoon)|
|Cinnamon||25 Gram (1 1/2 Tablespoon)|
|Caraway seeds||10 Gram (2 Teaspoon)|
|Mace||10 Gram (2 Teaspoon)|
|White peppercorns||10 Gram (2 Teaspoon)|
1 Roast all the ingredients very lightly on a dry frying pan or tawa. Powder in a blender and store in airtight bottle. Will keep for at least 6 months.
Note: Use either set of measurements. Do not mix the two. For some recipes, it is best to measure accurately. What you can do is buy the ingredients from the market in the required quantities and use them.
