Indian Lamb Kebabs

Ingredients
  Lean ground lamb 1 Pound
  Onion 1 Medium
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Dry bread crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Cayenne 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground coriander 2 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin seed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Turmeric 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

In a large bowl, mix together thoroughly the lamb, onion, garlic, parsley, bread crumbs, egg, cayenne, coriander, cumin, turmeric, ginger, and salt.
Divide mixture into 12 equal portions, roll each into a thin cylinder about 6 inches long, and string on a skewer.
With your hands, press meat securely over each skewer to form a smooth sausage; place on broiler pan.
Broil 4 inches from heat for 6 to 8 minutes, turning once, until meat is well browned and done to your liking.
