Moglai Cauliflower

  Cauliflower 900 Gram
  Potatoes 450 Gram
  Green peas 450 Gram
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Sliced onions 4
  Ghee 4 Tablespoon
  Ghee 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Saffron 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Curd 2 Tablespoon
  Coriander seeds 2 Tablespoon
  Ginger 1 Inch
  Cloves 12
  Chilies 16

Cut the vegetables into big pieces.
Fry the sliced onions in ghee until light brown in colour.
Make a separate paste of the fried onions.
Heat the ghee in a vessel and fry the chopped onions for a little time. Add the chilli and fry again for 3 to 4 minutes.
Add the vegetables and 3 teacups of water.
Cover and cook the vegetables until they are soft.
Add the onion paste and salt.
Mix the saffron in curds and crush flpy.. Add to the vegetables and cook for 1 mninute.
Serve hot
