Pyaz-Tamatar Ka Raita

Ingredients
  Curd 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cumin powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tomato 1 Small
  Onion 1 Small
  Green chilies To Taste
  Coriander 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Put the curds into the bowl.
Use the egg-beater to lightly whip it smooth.
Add to it the salt, cumin and chopped vegetables.
Taste, check seasoning and add whatever is missing.
Refrigerate till needed.
