|Ladies finger||300 Gram|
|Oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Wash the ladies fingers well.
Let them dry thoroughly.
If you are rushed for time, pat them dry with a clean cloth.
Top and tail them.
Don't chop them any further.
Heat the oil in the pan on high heat.
It will take about 5 minutes.
Drop in the vegetable.
After a few minutes, start tossing it with the spoon bringing the ones at the bottom to the top.
Cook on high heat all the while.
In about 8 minutes, the vegetable will be cooked.
Cook a little longer if you want it crunchier.
Take out of the oil and drain on the brown paper, spread out on your chopping board or the counter top.
Sprinkle salt all over the vegetable, toss in the paper itself to coat evenly and serve immediately.
