1)Take a heavy bottomed saucepan and add butter in it. Bring to boil stirring constantly.
2)Simmer for 30 minutes on medium heat.
3)Keep removing scum on the surface. Cook until clear.
4)Take a dry container and put the ghee into it. Cool for 2 hours.
5)Cover the container and store.
6)Serve ghee on foods and use for cooking.
