|Bean||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Red chili powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Carom seeds||1 Teaspoon|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1) Take a pan and heat ghee to smoking point.
1)In a bowl, add the first 4 ingredients and then add 1/2 cup ghee and water as needed to make stiff pastry.
2)Divide it into 2 portions, making a ball of each. Flatten it and roll each one out into thin round discs.
3)Take a stick and wrap each disc around it. Remove stick and chop into small pieces, to look like coin with a hole.
4)Deep fry the coins until golden brown and drain excess ghee.
5)Serve the food coins with pickle or chutney.
