Palak Ka Soup

Ingredients
  Fresh spinach 8 Ounce, chopped
  Water 3 3⁄4 Cup (60 tbs)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Ghee 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Black pepper powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1)Take a saucepan and add spinach, water and salt in it. Cook on medium heat until done.
2)Using strainer, strainer it spinach.
3)In a small saucepan, heat ghee and fry onions until golden.
4)Pour onion on spinach mixture and cook for 5 minutes.

SERVING
5)Serve the soup hot with sippets and adjust seasoning to taste.
