Ingredients
  Boiled and mashed potatoes 500 Gram
  Arrowroot 3 Tablespoon
  Roasted and coarsely ground peanuts 50 Gram
  Grated coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garam masala 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Khus khus 1 Tablespoon
  Citric acid/A squeeze of lime 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Chopped coriander leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Stuff each ball with 1 tbl.

Roll into a smooth ball.
Roll in araroot.
Deep fry in smoking hot oil Serve hot with either mint or sweet chutney.
ANOTHER KIND OF FILLING CAN BE : 50 gms roasted coarsely chopped peanuts 100 gms very fine barik sev 1 chopped onion 3 Green chillies 5-6 Flakes garlic 1/2 Cup mint and corriander leaves finely chopped Ginger piece, garam masala, sugar, lemon juice and salt to taste.
METHOD Heat 1 tbl.

oil, add chopped onion and paste of green chillies, garlic and ginger.
Cook till soft.
Add all the other ingredients Mix well.
Remove from the stove.
Cool.
Divide into 20 equal parts and make pattice as mentioned earlier.
