Ingredients
  Whole wheat flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1 Dash
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ghee 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1)In a bowl, add flour, salt and mix. Add water and need medium firm smooth dough. Leave it for 20 minutes.
2)Take out 4 tablespoons of flour for dredging.
3)Take a griddle and start heating it.

MAKING
4)Knead the dough once more and then make 16 balls.
5)Roll out each ball into flat disc like considerably thin. Dredge it in flour when needed.
6)Put the chapatti on heated griddle and let it cook for 30 seconds each side.
7)Then, cook it directly on heat to swell it up.
8)Brush some ghee and keep aside for serving.

SERVING
9)Serve hot chapatti with daal or sabji.
