|Baking powder||1 Dash|
|Water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Oil||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
1)In a pan, heat oil to smoking point.
2)In a bowl, add gramflour, baking powder and water to make smooth batter.
3)Add salt and chilies and mix nicely. Leave it for 10 minutes.
4)Dip onion rings into the batter and deep them until deep golden on both sides. Drain excess oil.
5)Serve onion pakodi with tomato sauce or chutney.
