Badam Ki Burfi

Ingredients
  Almond powder 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Ghee 1 Tablespoon
  Khoya 8 Ounce
  Sugar syrup To Taste
  Cardamom powder 2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1)In a bowl, mix the almond powder with water to make a thick paste.
2)In a wok, heat ghee and fry paste until light golden.
3)Add khoya and mix thoroughly. Add ghee and sugar syrup.
4)Take a large platter and grease it. Sprinkle cardamom powder on it.
5)Spread the mixture evenly and cut into desired shapes.
6)Decorate it with gold foils.

SERVING
7)Serve the burfi as and when ever wanted.
