|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Onion||2 Tablespoon, minced|
|Parsley||2 Tablespoon, minced|
|Lemon juice||4 Teaspoon|
Cut turnips into slender sticks about 2 inches long.
Cook in boiling salted water until just tender.
Melt butter in saucepan, add onion, parsley and lemon juice.
Add cooked turnip sticks and heat thoroughly.
