Ingredients
  Water 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Cloves 2
  Brown cardamom 1
  Black peppercorns 4
  Cinnamon stick 1 Inch
  Tea 2 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1)In a pan, add water and next four ingredients boil.
2)Add tea and continue boiling for another 2 minutes.
3)Turn off heat and strain.
4)Add milk and sugar.

SERVING
5)Serve masala chai immediately.
