|Basmati rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Water||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Mixed nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dry fruits||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1)In a pan, heat the ghee, add cardamom and cloves and cook for 30 seconds. Then, add rice and stir. Let it cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.
2)Add water and bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes until water is soaked by rice.
3)Now, add sugar and nuts and give a good stir.
4)Decrease heat and cover the pan. Cook until rice is tender and there is not moisture.
5)Garnish the rice with saffron and serve hot.
