Quick and easy Bengali sweet which you can prepare in a jiffy!

Ingredients

Paneer 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , grated (Indian cottage cheese)
Khoya 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , grated (reduced milk)
Caster sugar 6 Tablespoon
Almonds 15 , chopped (12
Saffron strands 7 (6
Milk 1 Teaspoon
For garnishing

Directions

GETTING READY

1. In a small bowl, soak saffron in milk and set aside.

MAKING

2. In a bowl, combine paneer, khoya, caster sugar, almonds, and saffron milk mixture. Mix well.

3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place in fridge for 6 hours.

SERVING

4. Garnish with almonds and serve.
