GETTING READY
1. In a small bowl, soak saffron in milk and set aside.
MAKING
2. In a bowl, combine paneer, khoya, caster sugar, almonds, and saffron milk mixture. Mix well.
3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place in fridge for 6 hours.
SERVING
4. Garnish with almonds and serve.
