Besan Ka Halwa
|Ghee||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Bean||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Green cardamom powder||1 Teaspoon|
1)In a wok, heat ghee and roast besan until light golden on low heat. Stir constantly.
2)Add water and stir constantly, until water is fully absorbed.
3)Fold in sugar and nuts. Mix well.
4)Cook until mixture is thick. Remove from heat and add remaining nuts.
5)Sprinkle cardamom powder and serve besan ka halwa hot.
