Malaai Kulfi

Ingredients
  Creamy milk 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Green cardamom powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Almonds 1 Tablespoon
  Chironji 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Dash
  Saffron 1 Dash
  Rose water 2 Teaspoon
  Light cream 8 Ounce
Directions

MAKING
1)In a saucepan, add milk and boil on low heat until reduced to half.
2)Turn off heat and stir in the remaining ingredients one at a time. Cream being last.
3)Mix nicely and allow it to cool.
4)Pour the mixture into kulfi molds and freeze until set.

SERVING
5)Serve the malai kulfi with faluda.
