Ingredients
  Plain yogurt 8 Ounce
  Salt To Taste
  Marrow 4 Ounce
  Asafoetida 1 Dash
  Green chilies 2
  Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Mint leaves 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1)In a bowl, add yogurt and salt. Beat it until smooth.
2)Add marrow, asafoetida and green chilies. Mix thoroughly.

SERVING
3)Garnish the raita with cumin powder and mint leaves and serve chilled.
