Ingredients
  Water 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Satsuma 1 Medium, rind grated
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Light cream 3 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1)In a pan, boil water and add the satsuma rind and continue to boil for a minute.
2)Turn off heat, remove from the heat and strain.

SERVING
3)Add sugar and cream and serve hot.
