Hari Dhania Ke Aaloo
|Lemon juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1)In a pan, add potatoes and water and boil until tender. Peel them and prick them all over with a cocktail stick.
2)In a blender, grind the rest of the ingredients into a thin paste.
3)Coat the potatoes with the paste and let them sit for few minutes.
4)Serve the potatoes with cocktail sticks.
