|Water||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Dash|
|Oil||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Tamarind sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Chat spices||1 Teaspoon|
1)In a frying pan, heat oil to smoking point.
2)In a bowl, add besan and water and make a thick batter.
3)Then, add salt, chilies and the baking powder. Mix nicely.
4)Drop the batter into hot oil and cook until golden. Drain excess oil.
5)Take a bowl of water and soak pakoras in warm water and leave for 10 minutes. Squeeze them .
6)Take a serving platter and put the pakoras in it, add chutney and yogurt. Sprinkle chaat spices and serve.
