1)In a saucepan, add all ingredients, except lemons and cook for about 10 minutes.
2)Take a clean and dry jar, drop the lemons first and then add the cooked mixture.
3)Shake the jar thoroughly and keep it in warm place or in sun until lemon skin is tender about a week.
4)Shake the jar daily and before use.
5)Serve the sweet lemon pickle with meals.
