Ingredients
  Ghee 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Asafoetida 1 Dash
  Cauliflower florets 1 Pound
  Plain yogurt 1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs)
  Onion 1 Large
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Red chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Hot water 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Coriander 1 Tablespoon
  Cloves 4
  Brown cardamom 1
  Green cardamom 2
  Black peppercorns 4
  Bay leaves 2
  White cumin seed 1 Teaspoon
  Coriander seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon stick 1 Inch
Directions

MAKING
1)In a saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon ghee and add asafoetida powder and stir.
2)Add cauliflower and sauté for 5 minutes and then mix them with yogurt. Mix well.
3)Take a deep saucepan and heat ghee and then fry onion and garlic until golden.
4)Add all the spices for 2 minutes, then add chili powder. Cook for few seconds.
5)Fold in yogurt coated cauliflower and stir. Cook for 5 minutes.
6)Stir in water and salt. Cover the pan and let it cook for 15 minutes.

SERVING
7)Sprinkle the chopped coriander over dahi gobi serve.
