Ingredients
  Mashed paneer 1 Cup (16 tbs) (cottage cheese)
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped tomato 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pav bhaji masala 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon (1/4-1/2)
  Finely chopped green chili 1 Teaspoon
  Finely chopped coriander 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. Place a griddle on flame, heat oil, add cumin seeds and allow them to splutter.
2. Add onion and sauté over high flame for 1-2 minutes.
3. Add tomato, 2 tablespoons of water, stir constantly and cook over low flame for 2-3 minutes.
4. Stir in pav bhaji masala, turmeric powder, chili powder, green chili and 1 tablespoon of water. Cook over medium flame for 1-2 minutes.
5. Add paneer, salt, chopped coriander and 1 tablespoon of water. Stir occasionally and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

SERVING
6. Serve hot with bread toast.
